Flow...it's a creative and amazing place to be in life. I am curious what other people in our community do to ne in the dynamic space of flow. For me, japa meditation on the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tara for 20 minutes is exceptionally centering and can get my grounded in flow. Other times it's literally an f-it decision to relly shift things - go for a walk, let go of all my stuff, and just shift the energy in and around me. Any thoughts??
