Plan Your Year workshop + ADHD Conference Recap

Hey friends,

First off—importance announcement!

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I was maybe putting together a Plan Your Extra Focus Year workbook to help you evaluate 2023 and plan for 2024.

Well, I delayed this week’s newsletter by a couple of days so that I could finish it before announcing it! But… uhh… I’m still not finished with it. 🙃

That’s okay though, because I will be finished by next week when I host a live workshop where we walk through and body-double our way to reflecting on 2023 and planning for 2024!

The Plan Your Extra Focus Year 2024 workbook will be free to all paid supporters of Extra Focus! (I’ll send out the download links early next week)

To register for the live workshop event, go to lu.ma/extrafocusyear and sign up!

Last week I attended the annual ADHD conference and got to hang out with a bunch of my ADHD friends. There’s nothing quite like finding your people and getting to unmask and just be yourself amongst other ADHDers.

Such freedom in not having to apologize for your mind wandering during conversation or interrupting something with a great new idea or any other ADHD-ism that happens to strike at a moments notice.

I also got to do my first official book signing! (as well as getting to speak on a panel about being a creator in the ADHD space)

Honestly, it was such a great time that I’m worried about falling off a cliff and crashing after such a high.

Maybe that’s why I’m jumping immediately into launching the Plan Your Extra Focus Year workshop. Gotta keep moving and juggling those chainsaws to keep myself motivated… 😅

Hope your year is wrapping up well!

Stay focused,
Jesse J. Anderson

I should absolutely act on this email, which means I'll let it age like fine wine in my inbox instead, adding a layer of guilt each day.
